Inspection System

① Dimension Inspection

Equipment: Three-Point Micrometer, Diameter Micrometer

Dimensions such as diameters are checked manually.

② Tolerance Inspection

Equipment: Zeiss CMM

The engineering tolerance of each individual finished goods is inspected by Zeiss CMM. This process ensures each finished goods stay within the required tolerance.

③ Material Property Inspection

Equipment: Microscope, Tensile Tester, Durometer

Metallurgy properties, tensile strength and hardness are examined thoroughly.
